We value your personal information. The majority of Australian private sector organisations legally must follow the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). At Attainable Dreams we pride ourselves on protecting our patient's privacy and following all laws, including prior to March 2013 the National Privacy Principles (‘NPPs’), and from 12 March 2014 the Australian Privacy Principles (‘APPs’). These protect your privacy. At Attainable Dreams, we have implemented comprehensive programs to ensure compliance by contractors and employees.

 

Using and Collecting information.

we only collect personal information when you tell us about yourself when you fill in a form, send us an e-mail, or speak to one of our representatives who help provide you services.

This information could be your name, your e-mail, and postal addresses, your date of birth, or contact numbers. We may have a record of your e-mail address, on our computer after you send us an e-mail. We may be unable to provide the services to you that you require if you do not provide us with any personal information or contact details.

 

We will only use contact details or personal information for the reason for which it has been provided, and for necessary secondary purposes, or any other purpose you have requested or consented to and any other purpose permitted under the Privacy Act.  Your personal information  may be required to:

  • to provide you with the products and services you requested;

  • to fulfill your application for the provision of credit;

  • to assist you in applying for employment;

  • to accept your application for competition and promotions run by us; or

  • for data analysis and complaints handling.

 

We may need the information to tell you about relevant products and services of Attainable Dreams. We will not sell any identifiable information that you give us to any third party.

Accuracy and Security of Your Personal Information.

Attainable Dreams take all reasonable steps to secure the personal information which we hold about you and to keep this information up-to-date and accurate. Any personal information is stored electronically with the appropriate information security measures in place to protect this information.

What To Do If You Have A Complaint Or A Question.

In most cases, you have a right to access your personal information. You can request access by directing an email to the Privacy Officer, by sending an e-mail to us using the ‘Contact Us’ form on our website, with attention to the Privacy Officer, Attainable Dreams. The Privacy Officer is responsible for coordinating investigating and resolving complaints.
